You’ll learn about felonies, charges or misdemeanors connected to business leaders, as well as the outcomes of their criminal cases. We’ll search administrative and court filings to see if the company has even filed for bankruptcy and to see whether there are judgments or liens against the business or its properties. We can check to see if there are litigations and UCCs associated with your potential business partner as well.

This will let you know whether your potential business partner is respected by other professionals, and will help you decide if you want to associate with them.
